Happiness comes from within each of us, and it is up to us to decide whether we are happy with our relationships, jobs, or lives. There are many reasons I believe this to be true, but here are a few of my favorite thoughts of where happiness comes from
We only have one chance in life to live, create greatness, make mistakes, learn our lessons and decide to get better as a person or allowing the perceived weight of our shortcomings to weigh us down. Happiness is there for us if we choose to carry it with us. It can be found in the memories of loved ones passed. Or in the smile of someone who just likes spending time with you. Every person has a heart capable of creating unlimited happiness.
The polarity of life allows for a balance to be sought and achieved for people in their lives. We just have to remember that experiences and time are continually changing the scales and we will never find a permanent balance. It will always be changing and we need to continually make choices that recalculate the balance in our lives, socially, mentally, spiritually, and physically. This is the area that teaches you about keeping an even keel and not getting too high with the victories or too low with the losses. In every failure lies the opportunity for success.
